The site made it possible to place an order with a filled-in column "Postcard text" and with an unclicked check mark about the design postcard. I was fully confident that everything was fine and the gift would come with a postcard. It turned out that if you did not tick this box, then the column "Postcard text" is not taken into account. If I knew, I would add a designer postcard, but how do I know? The gift came without a postcard. The recipient did not know who the gift was from. This ruined the whole situation. 2) Non-customer-oriented support service. When I wrote a complaint by e-mail to the support service that the site had misled me, I received a formal reply in the first reply - they did not even read my letter (they wrote in the style of "you had to tick the box", I already knew that) ... In the second answer, I was told that I had to call the operator before ordering (why then there is an order on the site?). In the third reply, they wrote that no one else had any complaints except me, which means everything is fine. I think that I was just kicked off in the support service.

Disgusting service. Order 1036933. They brought stale roses (peeled petals to look denser), instead of 25 pieces - 24. They did not stay long. The flowers were on Mom’s birthday, which I told the operator and asked (though this should be the default) for fresh flowers. In response to the claim, we apologize for the inconvenience. I do not advise you to contact this office.

Often I turn to them for a bouquet. Sellers are very polite and well know their job. The quality of the flowers is always on top.
