What is served for a long time is understandable, but they still work with money. But when they don’t serve at all, they don’t react at all to the only visitor that I once turned out to be - what is it called? No, it’s true, there are about 5 “specialists” sitting, everyone is free, but not one notices me. I tried to cough, rustled with a coupon, walked around the hall. Do not notice. I waited about 10 minutes. Tired. Gone. Well, there are two more banks nearby.

Disgusting service. I didn’t come to this branch of the bank at rush hour, in the middle of the day (16.30), it was 4 in front of me! person. Only two specialists work, both take a very long time! In half an hour only 1 person passed each! And after the client has left, the bank employee is in no hurry to call another one, but is considering something on the phone. I waited 40 minutes, asked one of the experts how long to expect, and received a condescending look and excuse "when the specialist is released, then she will accept it." In general, I will not and will not recommend using the services of this bank.
