It used to be a prestigious and luxurious shipping center in mid 2010s... with its numerous private shops... Now (January 2020) it is still a shopping center with some expensive private stores (closing, shoes etc.) - shops are getting fewer and fewer, Perekrestok foodstuff store, SportDepo sportstuff store, Slamdunk store (basketball store) a Gym and a gymnastics area for children and adults. A food court area is on the third floor but food selection is an ordinary one. A close location of modern and huge AviaPark mall makes this TTS Start nearly miserable IMHO

I visited the grocery store in the building during my short stay in Moscow. PROS: - Large variety of food selection, including freshly baked breads, meats, cheeses, and other packaged food products. CONS: - Somewhat hard to find since it is deep inside the building, past multiple stores.
