OK, I chose the procedure in the hammam (2 hours, 5700 r), the situation is also strange with her: the master advised me to supplement the procedure with a peeling mitt (+1800 r), I agreed, it’s good that I agreed, it’s bad that this peeling is not in the base program: in the end, I realized that without this procedure, the program loses much in the sense. Mitten peeling is absolutely good, it removes a lot of old skin, but for extra money, scrub with soy and immortelle flowers - obscure rubbing with salt for 5 minutes, it has no peeling effect, soap massage - another 10-15 minutes. The seawater pool is wonderful, the massage was also very good (I liked the master), but all the procedures took 1.50 including undressing / dressing and extra. peeling at the declared time of 120 minutes without peeling. In addition, without add. peeling all this would be nothing more than rubbing dead skin over a steamed body. I looked at all the programs in the hammam - none of them include peeling with Kesse's mitten, although this is a classic, it is very strange and it seems that this was done specifically to increase the check. When paying, the administrator told me that I shouldn’t be upset that I didn’t get to Shirodhara (I wanted this particular procedure and looked for it specifically in the salons, and no hammam will replace it for me), and in general, after it all the hair is in oil, so to go home, you need to order more styling. WTF at all? Firstly, what is this procedure (especially the complex), after which the client cannot go home? Secondly, why didn’t they tell me about this when recording? When was I supposed to find out? Standing at the reception after a massage with oil dripping from the hair? The salon has a good interior, a lot of programs, the master in the hammam is nice, but I would only advise to visit the salon with these conditions: - You multiplied the price of the site by 1.5-2 times, and the procedure time was reduced by 20%, and the offer still seems relevant to you. - Specify how much time each step of your procedure takes, I still have questions regarding this item. - You live nearby and are not constrained in time; otherwise, get ready to call at check-out and check if you are ready to be received by your appointment. In general, it turned out acceptable in quality and price, but not at all what I wanted, and there was a persistent feeling that I was deceived. There is no desire to come again.

I didn’t like that 1.5 hours was the procedure. The hamam was 10 minutes. Then the body was grated with a rough washcloth to scratches. Again the hamam was soap bubbles for 5 minutes. Massage was 15 minutes in the hamam. And the rest of the time I just lay on the couch. 4,000 thousand for which .... ? for half an hour lying on the couch .... for 1 hour of incomprehensible work 4000 thousand ... complete hack-work .. moreover, the clock is in a conspicuous place.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the administrator. I signed up today at 11 o'clock to the hairdresser. He got sick. I was traveling from the other end of Moscow to get to it. The receptionist knew that the hairdresser was ill. But I did not call and did not warn in advance. I spent a large amount on a taxi. The intelligible answer from the administrator why she did not warn me, I did not hear. I am outraged.

I like the club. It’s cozy. Large pool. Professional kind humane masters of coaching staff. The only sadness: for children from 6-8, the entrance is closed. The cafe below is very tasty.
