It feels as if the place is going to fall apart. Moreover, it doesn't feel safe as there are all kind of people there, some fighting and swearing all the time, some looking like drunk or doped. There are better options in Moscow for the same price

cons: the walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbors a little bit, it is very stuffy in the kitchen and there is no hot water in the toilet because of this it went into the shower room. By the way, the shower water can overflow onto the floor only because it does not have time to drain into the sewer. pluses: not many people, clean, nice administrator, metro within walking distance, shop in 2 minutes
