Bad attitude to the client: 1 non-professional craftsmen who leave bruises. 2 cheap service, the rooms are not cleaned often and it's cold. 3 when you ask a certain master, to whom you have already gone and want to get back, they can call on the day of the appointment and say "we have only one masseter that you did not like and left bruises", you overwrite the next day and time and again the same) I wanted to give them a chance, but I am writing an honest review, I left 4 out of 5 now, I did not go to the fifth one because I was tired of being so badly treated I took a coupon through Biglion so I got such a service apparently)

An old, dirty salon, dirty curtains, a very terrible shower, the smell of old rags in the sauna, about any standards of cosmetics. and there is no question, some huge buckets with smelly slurry inside. But this is not the worst thing. The masseuse was in a dressing gown, and her assistant was just in clothes and shoes from the street, I'm not sure if he even washed his hands! It was disgusting, it felt like a man from a construction site paid her to gaze at her naked body! I do not recommend it to anyone, I regret that at the entrance I did not turn around and leave

Awful !!! There is no consultation on contraindications, the program was not offered to choose from. In the shower on a bottle with soap fungal mold. After the sauna, they immediately made a wrap without taking a shower, left for 30 minutes, this is torture. And then there was a Thai massage, its effects are visible in the photo. Hygiene and cleaning are big questions. Spoiled the evening, health condition and mood. My whole body ached for 2 days.

We were with my husband on a romantic spa date program. In general, we liked: relaxing atmosphere, pleasant music, wonderful aromas of masks and oils. Of course, there are some drawbacks (the shower could be right in the massage room, and the water in the shower is poorly tuned), but these are trifles and personally they did not ruin our vacation! I want to say a big thank you to the staff for caring for the client) my husband and I were late for 20 minutes and despite the tight recording we did all the procedures according to the allotted time (although we realized that we were late because of our fault and the program would probably be reduced). 08/28/2019 I used the certificate for chocolate wrapping. It was a corporate gift to me and another 20 colleagues. I went to the salon, after reading the review on the website of the company that provides the certificates, and anticipating a relaxing procedure, but in fact received: 1. Cold and damp room where the procedure was carried out. 2. There was no soul in the room and no one even offered to accept it before the procedure, that is, closed-cell pore wrapping. 3. The procedure was performed by a man, a native of the southern CIS countries. No one warns about this and does not ask whether such a deal will suit in principle. 4. We walked together with a colleague, there were really two sun loungers in the room, but the "master" was one. That is, the meaning in the parallelism of the procedure disappears. 5. While the "master" was working with a colleague, I was covered with a wet cold towel. To the remark that I said unpleasantly, the drying probably broke and did not change the towel to dry. And he warmed him with the warmth of his own body. 6. There was nothing even remotely similar to the photographs on the site - the volume of the paste was about a jar of yogurt, the consistency of the pudding, grayish. Chocolate only smells. This was enough to stain the body, but there is no chocolate that covers you with a dense layer. 7. The man applied everything with his hands, and not with a brush. 8. The total working time with both clients is 10 minutes. No massage. Next, a layer of film, oilcloth, which lies on the table and not even a blanket - a towel (!) That is the same, cold and wet. With my height 170 - it did not completely block me. 9) Lie down for half an hour, the "master" came, said, get up and go to the shower. Right in this transparent cellophane. To the perplexed question “Just like that?”, He said that you can put a robe on your shoulders because men are walking along the corridor. And they really go there. And we only walked back with a sliding robe covering. 10) In the shower, the water is either hot or cold, it is impossible to adjust. There are no disposable products, such as washcloths, just liquid soap. To wash off the mass under these conditions is a quest. 11) Neither a hairdryer, nor dry towels, all the same with which they covered us. One per procedure for all cases. 12) The output is low quality tea and three marmalades. No atmosphere - a cup / saucer / towel set from different "a la dacha" services. Nothing like a photo from the site. Colleagues, of course, will warn in order to avoid the repetition of such an experience. A company selling certificates too. A complete disappointment. There are no positive impressions of the service.
