But what I received as a result of today's visit, in my opinion, is beyond ... 40 minutes of waiting! 40 minutes, without any warning (the day before yesterday, in another restaurant in the network, the waitress warned me that I would have to wait 15-20 minutes). Of course, I would have left, but with me was a hungry five-year-old granddaughter. What did we wait 40 minutes? Girl - nuggets and a milkshake! The Nuggets brought later than my order, after my repeated - and already outraged - questions. Five minutes before the nuggets were served, we were honored with the cappuccino I ordered and the milkshake for my child. And three minutes before the nuggets appeared, I was treated to steaming half-baked chicken meatballs (in theory, this is a diet dish, it is reasonable to assume that customers with problem digestion can order it). Mashed potatoes as a side dish were so inaccurately heated in the microwave that a dried crust formed on it. To the surprise of the staff, I refused. "But they cannot be raw!" - the waiter exclaimed. By the grace of these “professionals” I 1) was late for an appointment with the doctor and 2) I didn’t eat anything except breakfast and dinner with a cup of cappuccino.
