Bring me the horizon is the best! Good organization too

You would think this architectural disaster was built in Soviet times. It has all the features. Extremely poor crowd control. Lots of half open double doors. No signs to guide you to your seat, a railing in front of each row of seats to block your view. Circuitous route from.the metro (which is close) . Surface crossing so you have to wait for traffic.

Attended the show in this complex. Show was great, however everything else wasn't. The doors for the show opens only 5 minutes before show begins. It was huge crowds of people trying to get thought doors at once. Total mess with seats and no clear directions where to go. Absolutely no help from venue people to old people with limited disabilities- I literally had to carry my mom down in my hands , not nice at all. Stairs are very high so it was difficult to walk, taking in consideration my mom situation. No venue attendent helped me with my mom, they just ignore you if you can't walk these stairs- what a nasty attitude. During intermission only several washrooms worked and if you have children it's a disaster, because you can't make it back on time. We are definitely not coming back to this venue ever again.

New year's concert was too loud, the lighting effects were just horrible, directed straight in the eyes, flashing every few minutes. It was a torture.
