Mom is now in surgery-gynecology in building 1, 6th floor. The operation was excellent, the operating rooms are modern, the doctors are professionals. Many thanks to our doctor-surgeon Mikhail Aleksandrovich Gomov 🙏 and a deep bow. Here are 5 stars for sure !!! Unfortunately, the medical staff (nurses) seriously spoil the impression of the hospital: rude / angry, inexperienced (they train newcomer-trainees on patients immediately after surgery who get up / walk with difficulty and through pain), unprofessional (painfully give injections, hardly put IVs - and if it doesn't work, they finish the procedure altogether), inattentive, and sometimes even refuse help (several times have to remind of themselves), waiting for a critical condition (yesterday, mother's pressure grew all day, they promised to give her a pill and disappeared, in the evening it rose to 185, the fever began, and only then they helped). There are no call / help buttons in the wards, you have to fight / survive and crawl to the nursing post with a request for help. Mom has her own medicines for blood pressure and other things, but they are forbidden to take (the nurses swear). It is a pity, and of course you can endure everything. I hope that the management of the 57th hospital will pay attention to the nurses and solve their "pains", making their attitude towards patients at least satisfactory.

I was brought in on December 17 in a serious condition; due to ovarian apoplexy, I lost a lot of blood, and was on the verge of life and death. In September 2020. was in the 2nd urological department of MMDiP, underwent research, and then they did the operation. I am sincerely grateful to ml. medical staff for cleanliness and order. Passed in this hospital in the direction of the military enlistment office to confirm the diagnosis of bronchial asthma. I went through all the procedures in 3 days, the rest 4 days (who in general came up with what exactly 7 days should be lying?) Wasted, lying on the bed. They promised to issue an opinion, a card with a medical history and a certificate for the military registration and enlistment office a maximum of 2 days after discharge. A week has already passed (I was discharged on November 24, 2020), and things are still there. I try to get through - only beeps, the work numbers of the head nurse and the doctor who was observed never (!!!) answer. It got to the point that I had to take at work those days that I was in the hospital, at my own expense, being on the verge of being fired !!! I filed a complaint with the Moscow Health Department, and now I'm waiting for feedback on the 2nd day;)
