Hello. We wanted to express dissatisfaction with the careless service from the Tiffany store located in the Mall called GUM in the Moscow. After we purchased a ring, we wanted to resize the ring for better fitment and we were assured that within maximum of 15 days, the work will be completed, and we will be notified by phone or email. On the 15 day, there was no notice, and all attempts to reach the store ended unsuccessfully. It made us to come to the store, no one even intended to say hello to us until we ourselves came up to the employees and started the conversation. We asked, if the phone number is working and the calls are coming through, since we tried to call to the store about 15 times. As a result of answer, we were told that there are four phones (two of them on the first floor and two on the second). We also heard from a worker rude answer: - You can call us as much as you want, if all employees are busy, no one will pick up the phone. From our observation, besides us there was only one person in the store and he was waiting for something, so we didn’t observe any workload or hang up from clients. No apologies, just rudeness. In addition, it is not just a ring, but an engagement ring. What if because of this wedding failed for example? Our expectations of Tiffany were only topnotch, but in the end, we received only negative emotions from the purchase. Please take measures to improve the service in this store, teach your employees to communicate with customers, use the telephone, or at least greet them. We also wanted to buy wedding rings here, but now this question is in great doubt.
