If you want to look at beautiful cars, but do not want to buy them, then you are sure to come here. They will save your money. Three times I was in this salon and everything was the same: no manager would do, offer help. This is generally out of the question. Probably they have sales only by phone, and the salon is just a show room with managers planted for the look. Today, for an experiment, I asked the girl at the reception to ask someone to call. The girl called someone for a long time, asked to come. But no one bothered. This is a level 0 sales service. But the cars are beautiful and neatly shine with their immunity.

Initially, I correctly selected and ordered the part (51718242741), when I came to pick it up (on order), I was given the wrong part (51478262533). Manager Sergey Gryzenkov told me that I had ordered the wrong thing. I brought him an example (I had one in stock) of a part, he looked at it and told you the correct (51478262533) number. I trusted him, made an order for the number he had given (which is actually wrong), and when I arrived again, I get the same part that they wanted to give me the first time. Then I heard such words as - you yourself are not ordering something, but also: you yourself are inserting something wrong. When I brought him a threshold (this was the second time) so that he could verify that it was not me who was inserting something in the wrong place, he refused to communicate with me in principle. Thus, Sergey, in addition to giving me the wrong part for the first time under the guise of correct (order # 1 was correct) and then confused me and ordered me the wrong part, which again showed his unprofessionalism, also behaved rudely when he refused communicate with me, and admit my mistakes (I'm already silent about the apology. Sergey, having the right part in his hands, as well as an online catalog with parts, ordered the wrong part twice and gave me the wrong number, forcing me to simply go to them in BMW twice Advance Auto I believe that such uncultured and unprofessional people should not work for an authorized dealer (and even more so for such a brand as BMW).
