Good menu and service. May be bar is slightly slow and you should wait for a drink.

View is nice, food was pretty good. However, I witnessed our server loudly complain to his coworkers and throw down the receipt after a party left because they did not leave him a tip. His service was not the greatest to begin with. Watching that situation get handled so unprofessionally was a black mark on the restaurant.

Quality Russian style food. Excellent view only from 2 sides of restaurant that are overlooking the center of Moscow. Views from other two sides are boring. Service is OK, not the 5 star, but not rude as well. It took them some time to find my reservation that was made well in advance.

Fancy and nice. Crowded and noisy. Good for party, not so good for chilling.
