This library is a kind of storehouse of information for techies: you will not find many of the books stored in its collection anywhere, even on the Internet. Of course, many things in it were organized in a Soviet way in a haphazard way: dilapidated offices of offices, an electronic book search system (thanks for being alive), based on a very curved program and antediluvian computers. But all this is brightened up by adequate employees who are ready to meet you even when you forgot your library card at home, as was the case in my case. In addition, you can order books or extend existing ones by phone or e-mail (I have not tried the latter). Apparently, due to the fact that fewer and fewer people now use libraries, in principle, a car with books now only runs once a week. But, as they say, thanks for that.
