Audibility: a couple of evenings in the next room was an “hourly check-in”, screams and groans were heard in full detail. Dusty artificial flowers in the room, cleaning only if they met the administrator at the exit (with a fume) and left her the keys, and met only once. We left two days earlier, of course we didn’t return the money and partially, the administrator also noted in the booking that we didn’t stop at the hotel at all! For the money you can remove a more comfortable option !!! Do not recommend! Feeling of eatery!

I lived in a hotel in November 2019. I booked a double room because there are no singles. Upon arrival, it turned out that the room from the toilet smells of sewage quite strongly and. I asked if there was another option. Offered a room on the floor above and superior. At a cost - 2 thousand more per day. But the manager agreed to my surcharge of 2 thousand for two days, for which he and the Administrator, thank you very much! But the first issue definitely needs to be repaired! Good luck to you,!

I did not like that when checking into the hotel the girl who worked that evening at the reception desk had to wait 30 minutes. As soon as I checked into the hotel I was given a room that did not correspond to the number I had booked. I changed my room after I went to the reception twice and argued with them. How can you write that the room is 24 sq.m. and give a room of 12 sq.m.? I did not like that the choice for breakfast was either an omelet with sausage or oatmeal which was brought to the room by the time you had to agree in advance (but out of 4 breakfasts, breakfast was served 2 times on time (and twice with a delay of 30 minutes). I didn’t like the fact that no one asked me if I needed cleaning the room or not, they came to clean my room without my consent when I was not. The view from the window killed me altogether (photo attached). Property response: Marina firstly in our hotel there are no rooms 12 sq m! Secondly, you arrived at 10 am and really wanted to instantly check in, but the rooms of the category you booked, while they were busy and only in front of you, left a standard room of 16 sq m and you were asked to wait a little so that the maids could clean up and you were settled, since you were from the road ! Thirdly, you came for two days in the morning and woke up at lunchtime and demanded breakfast, but after 12.00 we can no longer serve breakfast !!! It's amazing that you liked Albina and the blonde! God be your judge for such an assessment! Since I cannot answer you on booking. com I will answer you here. We checked into the hotel at 19:00, as our plane landed at 1630. What do you care what time I returned to the hotel? Later on 23 I was already in the room. I asked for breakfast all the time, either by 9 am or by 10 am, since there were business meetings in the afternoon. It's not nice to behave like that on your part! To confirm your truth, you can look at the photo screenshot of my booking, which states that my room should be 24 square meters! And I can also tell you that a double size bed is not like two single beds not put together !!! I hope you removed the shit from the window. Photos are attached !!!

Everything at this hotel was terrible. It seems that they did me a favor by checking me into a room that did not match the number that I booked earlier. The number was worse than announced !!!

Stayed for 2 nights from 12 to 14 March. Small but cozy hotel. Settled in five minutes. The number corresponds to the photos on the site. Clean, comfortable. There is Wi-Fi. Double bed, perfect white linen, TV, wardrobe and shoes, carpet .. The room had a set with a toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, water bottles. You can order tea, coffee, breakfast for a fee. Orders brought quickly. Room cleaning and replacement of towels every day. Separate thanks to the staff. Very attentive attitude to the guests. Near the hotel there is a bus stop. Thanks to this, the subway can be reached in 5-7 minutes. Be sure to choose this hotel next time. Thank you for the pleasant impression left by me after staying at the hotel Marco. I recommend to everyone.
