Best hotel in the area. Quiet location, well-kept rooms, near the metro station "Ulitsa Skobelvskaya". Stayed more than once, always only positive impressions, no negative.

I put the estimate on the real number of stars. The rooms require cosmetic repairs for a long time, the rooms smelled of cigarettes.
