On February 1, 2020, when I left the Lyon hotel, I lost my phone. I express MUCH GRATITUDE to the director of the hotel Alexei Anatolyevich Bagrov, the administrator Svetlana and Stanislav, who did not remain indifferent to my problem. After my call to the hotel, I was invited to watch CCTV cameras. They found out that a worker at a nearby car wash picked up my phone. And they returned me to the loss. We treated kindly, humanly, with understanding. The world is not without good people. I bow to you GOOD PEOPLE. May God give you and your loved ones health and all the best. I wish prosperity to the Lyon hotel, I recommend everyone to stay and relax there, cleanliness, comfort, order, polite staff.

The staff is not bad, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired, the rooms are sooo small 👎 I don't recommend it!
