I have been booking the hotel for three years, everything was always excellent. But today there was a new woman at the reception, she showed the room, which then reeked of cigarettes. After a stay of 15 minutes and desperate attempts to ventilate the room, they were forced to leave, after indicating the reason, no one tried to recover the costs. I put one point, no more foot here
