06/01/2019 I submitted documents for the replacement of a passport upon reaching 45 years of age. Registered in the Samara region. They submitted documents through the MIB "Bibirevo", at the place of stay. 07/15/2019, we came to receive a passport. Rudeness! Not only did the seal with the registration not set, the gender of the child is still incorrectly indicated!
