Many thanks to Konstantin Aleksandrovich Alifanov, the district police officer of the UPP No. 12 of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Otradnoye district of Moscow, for the conscientious performance of his duties and a benevolent attitude towards citizens, I went for 3 days to get a certificate for the court, and I was very lucky that I got to him, all did it in 5 minutes, talked culturally and politely, it is clear that he knows his job well. After talking with such officers, the attitude towards the police changes for the better, there would be more such kind and responsible officers. And a huge request to the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Otradnoye district of Moscow, so that such employees would be encouraged with prizes for their hard work and great contribution to work with citizens. Twice I wasted for the results of a car examination. Both times deployed, although the deadlines have long passed (3 weeks). He asked for a phone so as not to go to waste, they gave a number to which they did not answer. It is useless to call the numbers indicated on the card.

They love cheese and black tea very much :) there was no cheese in the programs and Lipton black tea was replaced with green :) they don’t give up cigarettes, they don’t smoke, they go to the toilet every 2 hours
