Disgusting customer service. The administrator at the reception is boorish. Do not accept payment online, if you booked through the Booking service, upon check-in hotel representatives ask you to cancel the booking for Booking with re-booking on their website to pay online. Wow

Great comfortable room, fully equipped and clean. Neighborhood calm and safe. 10min walk from nearest metro station. Decent breakfast for 350r. We spent a great time there

Good and big rooms. Breakfast served to the room. 10+ minutes away from Metro is a minus. If not the World Cup time, I'd go closer to the center of Moscow...
