They dealt incorrectly with foreign citizen's documents, this resulted in some problems with Russian immigration authorities. Please be aware! When contacted by phone, the hotel staff immediately got defensive and didn't even say they were sorry that this happened. soviet style service...

I never never never will be in this hotel again. ... in the name of God I swear... people look other options! ! I spent 1 entire hour of my life doing the registration... and i am still waiting and waiting.
