For a night or two, ok. Clean in the room. Heat. There is a refrigerator in the room. Pros: quite convenient location, everything is within walking distance. metro, bus stop, gastronomy, fast food, pyaterochka, there is also a shopping center nearby and if you walk 15 minutes you can reach a large shopping center, Semyonovsky 'there is everything and a cinema. For me personally, it is important when there is plenty to choose from, it is also convenient that the hotels have cafes, the prices are completely reasonable and breakfast is included. I can’t say anything about breakfast, unfortunately, I slept so much. Cons: at the time of our stay, there was no hot water, so we had to drain it just a little bit warmer. I think things need to be reported by phone because we called to inquire about the check-in could have warned. I understand it is not the hotel's fault. There is no hair dryer. For three stars, it’s strange. The main question is - would I advise him or stay again !? 50 to 50.

Beautiful place. I honestly did not expect that for such a modest price it is possible to rent a 3-bed room almost in the center of Moscow. They also settled in 1 hour ahead of time and after checking out the next day they provided a luggage room for suitcases for free until the evening. Delicious breakfast and nice staff. I am delighted. I will definitely stay at this place next time and recommend it to my friends.

I asked for an early check-in and there would be no answer that there is no possibility (I wouldn’t have gone in vain and did not waste time), but as soon as I arrived I was informed that the room was still busy! 2. The booking indicated a double room with two single beds or one double, but they settled me in a single room (it seems to be more expensive on the booking). If he was good, then I would not mind, but this is not so - the very feeling that I was deceived does not dispose to this hotel. 3. The location is such that it is closer to the Elektrozavodskaya metro station, and not Semyonovskaya, as they write, but the hotel is located in the industrial zone and there are some garages nearby - it is not pleasant to return to the hotel at dusk. 4. Breakfast is normal (porridge, sausage sandwich, gingerbread), but I prefer not to drink Lipton tea, because not satisfied with its quality, but this is not a complaint (maybe someone like it). 5. The mattress is terrible, some glands dig in - you can only fall asleep flat lying on your back and this despite the fact that I'm not heavy at all (53-54kg). 6. The cleaning was badly done - I found someone's black, obviously brittle, hairs from a little less than a cm to 3.5 cm long in the glass at the bottom and in the bathroom. 7. A hole in the sheets, the blanket is sticking out of the duvet cover (for a train this is normal, but not for a 3 * hotel). 8. Wi-Fi works sooo badly, I had to distribute it from the phone, good connection was important for me.

We liked this hotel. We came with our daughter. The stay is one night. The room is clean, the staff are friendly. I think the breakfast is hearty. Of course, those who are used to living in suites and all inclusive are not for you (I don't want to offend anyone, so that later there would be no complaints). If the need arises, I will stop here for the second time.

Everything is super, for such a price it's just a fairy tale. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is polite. We will definitely stop there again.
