Regularly stay at this hotel, fair value for money. + very uncrowded and quiet hotel in an office building; + responsive and pleasant administrators; + there is a ramp from the "back door"; + clean rooms, beautiful interiors; + bathroom in the room; + all rooms have a TV, a set of dishes, soap and shampoo; + there is a shared kitchen with a microwave, cooler and refrigerator. Cons: - there is a problem with water, a couple of times in winter there was cold or slightly warm water in the shower and sink; - blockages in the sink; - there is not enough freezer; - thin walls, high audibility in the rooms; - a very narrow door to the bathroom, in many rooms also with a high threshold; - several times the booking was transferred by phone from the "economy" to a more expensive class, allegedly due to the fact that the guests from Booking extended their stay in "our" room; - by the way, it follows from the previous one, though this is not entirely a minus, but some "economy" rooms are better than "standard" in terms of furnishings and condition.

The hotel is on one floor of an office building. There is no bar or canteen, but there is a canteen in the office center, although it is open until 5 pm Nevertheless, I ordered breakfast and brought it to my room by the appointed time. To spend a few nights is very possible.

The price matches the quality, clean, nice.
