Hotel Mandarin Moscow

I will change my opinion when I get my refund back. Ps: sended an email on 12/12/20 and still no one answers!

The room is extremely hot and you can barely regulate it, half of the sockets don't work, the staff is kinda unfriendly and the breakfast is a joke. I paid 500 rubles to end up eating a piece of plain toast.

Comfortable and pretty hotel, very clean. Staff is friendly, responsive and understanding. Very clean rooms with free bottle of drink water. Breakfast is good (with good choice of vegetables and fruits). You can book a room not only with breakfast but also with half board (with breakfast and dinner/supper). One thing was bad - in economy rooms there was very stuffily. It is very hard to sleep in such rooms.

Old and simple hotel near by train stations and relatively close the center. Great for its value. Had a quick 10 hour stop there.

A 4-star Hotel, but not a top in this category. It is located in a poor district and far from city center. The best thing about here is the cost for your stay. They trying to provide Hotel services with very reasonable price comparing with other 4-star Hotels. So, it could be a great choice if you are looking for a fair place to stay with minimum budget for a 4-star Hotel.
