A good business center, there is something to compare with, since we often open our branches in different places almost every year, and in particular in similar ones, so I managed to see enough of different places, and in general we have our own ideas now. I drove here first for reconnaissance, so to speak, to look, I did not notice any particularly embarrassing factors for myself, everything is within the normal range, so to speak. The entrance and access system is in order, this was an important moment, clients often come to us, and if there were difficulties regarding their comfort of passage to us, then this option would not be considered. In general, we have already been here for three months, the whole summer period, in principle, suits, there are no particularly negative aspects, everything is available for a comfortable activity. On the issue of rent, I would like to note the adequacy and professionalism of workers in this industry, they helped us on all issues. And they also support on emerging problems and moments, help quickly enough, and helped to sort out the documents in places where there were misunderstandings. It suits us, we feel that they are moving towards constant improvement and prosperity, so we made a conclusion for ourselves that we were right with the choice of the place.

Although the building is not the newest, the leased premises fully meet all the requirements. Ample space for many companies and institutions. There are smoking areas, but they are few and the location defies logic. Repairs were done on their own, respectively, the rental price is acceptable. A big plus is the availability of premises for any needs, from a cozy office to a warehouse. 24-hour guarded parking, shops and boutiques make the business center an autonomous facility. All the wishes and requests of customers are not ignored by the administration. In general, a modern center keeping pace with the times and business trends

Absolutely soviet establishment. The watchman's syndrome is incredibly developed. I think that if there was no access system, the place could become a huge point of attraction for the entire area, but instead, any lease here is doomed to oblivion due to the unbearable access system. Do not rent space here: in my memory, due to passes, at least three establishments closed here in a year
