One star because I can't give 0. The personnel was extremely rude and almost never present at the reception, where they left a sign with "knock on (X) door only for URGENT questions, but remember that even the personnel is tired and needs to sleep", even at 10am or later during the day. We arrived the first day at 7am, not even that early in the morning, and the receptionist treated us rudely because we woke her up with the doorbell. The rooms seem bigger from the pictures; we needed a room for 3, but inside it was difficult to move around even for a single person. also, apparently we had to check previously if the room had a window or not, which we were told (again, in a very rude way) by the receptionist

Seldom have I been in a more miserable place in my life. The rooms are 5 square meters at best. The staff insists on making sure that the whole hostel is atleast 24 degrees at all time. We were not told beforehand that we would have to share a bed. A three persons room is basically a two persons room. There are no windows in a lot of rooms. The staff was rude, unhelpfull and even randomly threw away a pair of shoes. This hostel is nothing more than a cashgrab and ten years ago it was probably the Harry Potter hostel. I would not advise anyone to stay here.

best 🔥I would totally recommend this place to anyone who has low budget. And want to stay for longer time in Moscow. I stayed here for 7 days and it was totally worth it. They have the kitchen and in which we can cook at our time! You can do grocery shopping from near by shop and you can cook. Lady at reception was too polite and kind. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit moscow again!!!

Excellent stay at this place. The staff very very friendly even didn't speak good english but very good at communicating via google translate. The rooms are pretty nice and well maintained. Shower facility is quite small though. They had a great kitchen if you would want to make your own food for breakfast. Pretty much enjoyed my stay.
