Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are modern, showers are really good. Food at breakfast is diverse. You can enjoy toasted bread, pancakes, cottage cheese, an assortment of vegetables, sausages and cheeses, eggs, porridge... Freshly made Turkish tea. Our family loves staying here!

Great location, comfortable and stylish. A mix of solo travelers, families and couples, it provides for everyone. staff are friendly, caring, and extremely hospitable providing information and special services like late checkout and taxi’s when needed. You need to be in to walking up a little hill when coming home, it is worth it for a great hotel. Near lots of great bars and restaurants and the metro is a short walk away. Breakfast is not great, but near some really good breakfast places.

Very convenient location close to the Red Square and the Moskva river. Rooms are comfortable and clean. What about the service? Well, I was amazed how they took care about our specific needs concerning our child. Thumbs up! Altogether with a good breakfast and very reasonable prices - it is a no brainer! :)

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we have a reservation. Booking guaranteed the money back. The hotel has not returned the amount. It is the only hotel that has not returned the money, despite the restrictions imposed by the city of Moscow.

This hotel was great. The staff spoke English and was always willing to help, they even called taxis for us whenever we needed to. The rooms have all of the amenities that you need on a trip to Russia. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was okay sized. The internet was truly fantastic and never went out. This hotel is such a short walk away from the main tourist attractions, it’s practically a 10 minute walk. It is super well centered yet not in a touristy place so you get the best of both worlds. Honestly, if you want a good hotel close to everything that has a restaurant, this is the one for you. 10/10
