It was a very bad and disappointing experience. I don’t know what happened, may be it was a busy day before we came (the weekend was sunny) but still... This place is not cheap. They don’t accept credit cards. Everything we wanted to order was already over, the service was super slow and completely unprofessional. The terrace - that was the main reason we came, it became really cold to seat there but no one of warm lamps were functional. We asked for blankets several time, but didn’t get any. And the food... was just not so tasty. My second star is only for the location in the hermitage beautiful garden.

We had cake and meat (with an odd rosemary branch sticking out of mashed potatoes), both NOT TASTY AT ALL. Weird texture. Fortunately, both were small. I could buy big tasty cake for 500 rubles somewhere else. I said small? No, they were tiny, though the prices were extremely high. And you must pay cash only. Do they live in 21st century? By the way, the waitress took 20 rubles more for some "service" without asking. She was rude, old and ugly: we wanted to sit outside, with the others, and she said we will steal the plates! I've seen such plates at the mall, they are very cheap, they don't cost such hysteria. One more thing. You can download menu from their official site and see fake prices. You will pay 10% more if you come there.
