Some negative emotions from this clinic. Before signing up here, I was looking for laboratories where you can get tested for covid from the nose and mouth, by the way, to my surprise, there were not so many of them. The choice fell on this place, based on the location as close as possible to the house. I tried to register my parents for analysis for covid, and several times !!! I asked the operator if there was a swab from the nose and mouth. She confirmed it to me twice. With peace of mind, I wrote them down here, and I thought how good it would be that both smears would be passed, because the RESPIRATORY virus and the most effective and basic analysis is precisely a swab from the nose, not from the mouth, as it is almost everywhere. When the time came they were written down, a huge amount of paperwork was filled out, payment was made, and then they were invited to the office. The parents were informed by me that there would be two mouth / nose analyzes, but they were already in a procedural order in the office informed that a swab would only be taken from the mouth, and that they would not take a nose swab at all. Mom twice asked the medical staff, said that her daughter called and found out and they confirmed everything to her, but they stood their ground. After taking the analysis, my mother calls me and says that they only take a swab from the mouth. My indignation knew no bounds, since I asked the operator TWICE if the operator had a swab from the nose, and I was brazenly, deliberately misinformed. It seems that the main thing is that people would just come, give money (and not small, just for one swab from the mouth, which is very uninformative with this virus) and for good reason they did not even know 100% whether they have an infection or not ... But this is not all, after several days passed the result was not sent by mail to my mother, I had to call and "fight" further. They were asked to drive up and pick up the results - "very humane", especially at the current time. In general, with grief in half, my mother "knocked out" that the results would come to the post office, as it should be. The funny thing is that they offer a 15% discount on the next visit when getting tested for covid, but the question is, who will come to you the second time after this? That's just funny. Outrageous, there is nothing more to add. No more foot here.
