This college / university is good for those people who either did not have a choice / want to skip for a few years from something / just do not want to do and have nothing to do with money. Good teachers left there for a year, so in 2015-6-7, there were literally a few more or less normal people left. For 4 years of my "education" there, 4-5 rectors and 3 directors were replaced.

There are good teachers (1 star for them) The contingent of applicants is somewhere around 50-70% cattle collective farm The educational process here is not important to anyone, BUT the top considers it necessary to assign to each group a person who will SHAKE BABKIES off you. Call, remind, ask to PAY THEM A DAY OF MONEY. do not go here if you want to study. But if you need to excuse yourself for years of study, then that's fine. Disgust.

A good, decent university. Anyone who really wants to gain knowledge and not just a diploma I advise everyone.

The university is well equipped: the new building has excellent repairs, new furniture, and appliances. In old buildings, almost everything is new too. Of the minuses: the dining room is only in the college building, which is extremely inconvenient. The gym is generally located in another building across several streets. In terms of education: for correspondence students in the curriculum, there are sooo few academic hours in the schedule, and as a result, there is very little knowledge in subjects. But if you prepare yourself, the teachers are good, they explain everything incomprehensible.
