Love the Hotel, but not the food! Asked for the Ribeye medium. Was more than Well done. Looks like it was reheated abd it was partly cold. Fries were fresh and the salad before. Will be back when I am back in Russia and try again. Room's and Design of the hotel is great.

The staff was extremely professional yet casual. Being that I spoke absolutely no Russian it was nice that they spoke English. If they didn't understand they tried their best to find out my jibberish.

Be warned the flight crews are served with priority. So, if you are unlucky enough to get to the lobby at the same time as some flight crew, be ready to wait without any explanation, while a number of people cut in line before you. We got silent treatment when we tried to question the practice.

Very nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Shuttle worked perfectly. Breakfast was very very nice! Clean bathroom! We really liked it! Staff was also very nice! Let's hope it stays like this!
