The bakery is not big, the baking is varied. Bake a few sorts of bread, as the workers say, bake according to the old recipe, the dough naturally "reaches", the parasite costs about 6 hours. Bread is baked and wheat and rye, and rolls and loaves, a lot of sweet various pastries, bake even pizza, by order. It can not be said that everything is sterile in the shops, as it is a little dirty, in my opinion ... the form of the workers is also not entirely clean. Were in Krajuh on excursions. The cost of 300 rubles. The ticket is the same for children and adults. In the beginning, everyone is given out shoe covers, hats, capes. They show the warehouse, bread, baton, confectionery shop. They explain how they knead, form and bake bread. After the tour, a table is set for tea-drinking - tea, puff, cake for everyone, a large loaf for the group. I give everyone a gift - a package with a city roll and a sop. The first time I find it difficult to determine the assessment. To the excursion there are no complaints. Children liked it. But production did not impress me. Somehow all terrible and dirty. For excursion 5, for organization of production 3.

This is a good place! We were shown 3 shops for making bread. At the end of the excursion, there was a cup of tea (this is the most important thing!) + 2 rolls and a mint were given! I liked this place.
