If your pet is dear to you, bypass this clinic. They brought the cat for the treatment of urolithiasis, after 10 days our pet was gone. The clinic infected our cat with a viral infection, while accusing us that our cat was not vaccinated. What kind of unsanitary conditions in the clinic is, when, without communicating with any animal, but only a veterinarian, an animal can catch an infection. Probably veterinarians never wash their hands or change gloves, and do not process surfaces and equipment. When you come to a regular doctor, you don't leave with a bunch of infections!

I took my pet there like that. A very terrible clinic! I have a Siamese cat, they came with a problem with a stomach upset. The intravenous corners were prescribed for 10 days. The first time I put the cattor Nizam everything was perfect. On the fifth day, they came to change the cat, and a very haughty woman came to Yakimova, who does not answer rudely or even pretends that she does not hear, okay is not the point. She began to put us a cat the first time she did not succeed, the cat began to shake all from pain. I started to calm my pet, and she yelled at me! Apparently due to the fact that she did not succeed. Then it turned out that they had originally started to put her some kind of defective kitor. In my presence, it was discussed that they were all nice. And told the nurse to bring a good one! She brought them into the same vein, they put a cattor, a day later her vein was swollen and the cattor clogged. I had to take it all off, it was terrible. I do not recommend this clinic, about the money they row, yes. Asking the price of the service they say nothing. They say at the last moment.

Initially, they got to Yakimova. An arrogant lady who hears only herself. She took off her glasses when she asked questions and looked from under her brows, as if they had come to her to beg. In front of us, she lectured the nurse, telling her how to carry out the general cleaning. And this is the owner of the clinic ??? I do not advise anyone to fall for her. Further, since they began to undergo the prescribed course of treatment, they got to Nizam Aivazovich. The nicest doctor is very smart and decent, with a kind heart (run away from this clinic). And somehow the unpleasant impression of the clinic and communication with Yakimova was a little forgotten. And then again for the next appointment we get to Yakimova. The same look from the underhead ... really tried to squeeze out a smile. The kitten had a complication in the eye, and she carried out the initial examination and prescribed drops, which were contraindicated and the condition of the kitten's eye became worse. We were assigned to an ophthalmologist at another clinic. As soon as she found out, she immediately began to talk aggressively and say: "So go to another doctor, I won't tell you anything else." She began to ridicule other doctors, condemning that there were no ophthalmologists as such, while seeing her candidacy that she was the very "SPECIALIST" (she specially put it in quotes). I tried to explain to her that she herself prescribed medications so that she could look at the prescriptions. But she only repeated that she was not going to watch anything, and that you came here once and you want everything here at once. Although in the clinic we left about 6000-7000 rubles in 2 weeks. At the reception, they give only checks, and there is no where to see what the appointments were. Lastly, she said that if you want to know what the course of treatment was prescribed: WRITE AN APPLICATION AND YOU WILL GIVE AN EXTRACT. It killed me. No more foot in this clinic !!! Nizam Aivazovich, I repeat once again, run from there.

A clinic where only money is earned! She brought the dog to the reception, the dog is already an adult, they found a tumor, the doctor said it was necessary to remove the tumor after some time, the dog would need to be sterilized. The question arose immediately, why cut the dog twice if you can remove everything in one procedure, there was no answer. They only removed the tumor, they cut the dog, they took about 10,000 thousand from us, 8,000 rubles answered another question about how much it will cost to sterilize. We went to another clinic, the doctors of another clinic asked the same question why they didn’t cut everything all at once? Indeed, a dog at this age is often dangerous to enter under anesthesia! It immediately became clear that they simply decided to earn money on us! I could pay 18,000 at once, but just not torture the old dog, introducing her into constant anesthesia, with my actions the doctors of this clinic led to the deterioration of my pet's condition! They managed to save the dog, but in a different clinic ... Dear employees of this institution, please show "humanity" in relation to your customers and their smaller friends.
