I specially came from Moscow to see the local "miracle" (Skolkovo). Terribly disappointed. In reviews, the words "modern", "stylish" are often used - it seems like this in itself should justify all the costs, all the inconveniences, etc. The impression remains that the creators of this "miracle" went out of their way to create something "stylish". It happened: you constantly feel as if you were on another planet: it is not clear where to step, it is not clear why the devil knows what was piled up ... "in general, there is a lot of empty, useless space" (I join someone's review). What, in this pompous heap of alien landscapes, scientists are supposed to work better? Well, a sad thought comes to my mind: God forbid - some kind of terrorist attack or other kind of disaster ... DO NOT GET OUT of these fantastic heaps of halls and passages ... and for some reason the doors to the exits through one of them are closed ...

Review of the M-Video Store, which is located at the Innovation Center station. Blatant arrogance and rudeness of the employee Baranov Alexander Sergeevich. 08/09/20 we visited the store in connection with the need to purchase a cable for a mobile device. Naturally, when choosing a product, no one approached us and did not provide assistance in choosing a product. Having chosen a product for a suitable price (490 r, indicated on the price tag - see the photo), we went to the checkout, where there was no one. After a long wait, and when a sufficient number of people had already accumulated at the checkout, we managed to find an employee who walked through the sales area, looking for what he considered more “profitable” customers, “potential” ones. When asked to serve customers at the checkout, he replied in a rude manner that he was not interested and he would serve those customers who are beneficial to him. We were able to pay for the goods only when the employee returned to the checkout, with a new client and had a raised conversation. An important point is that the product was broken through for 790 r, and not at the indicated price (490 r). There was no longer any desire to continue the dialogue with the store employee, and we left the store.

The station is new, beautiful, modern, suitable for people with disabilities. This is where the pros end. The escalator is no longer working and apparently no one is going to repair it. There are no terminals for replenishment of triplets. You can replenish only through the cashier, where there is always a huge queue, since only one works. Because of this, sometimes you are late for the required trains. 20 minutes in line and 20 minutes of waiting for a train is too much.

Disgusting navigation and staff attitude! I had to pay 2 times for the passage, since at first I stood on platform 3, it turned out that this is some kind of separate platform and you can't leave it, although it is written from Moscow, but you need to go to the 2nd floor and from there go to the mcd. Employees can not be found When I have already found and explained the situation, no one cares, pay again. It's just a boorish attitude, an unpleasant aftertaste remained, it didn't work out to be happy with the new, beautiful station. We don't have and won't have any service!
