A few days ago, we were here with a dog, which was weak for some unknown reason. It was at night, we were warned that the clinic is open until 2 am (although it seems to be around the clock). We were received by a student who offered only an injection of antihistamines and later an injection from piroplasmosis (although there were no smear results). They printed out an invoice for us, the next day they were interested in the animal's well-being, but we are now being treated in another clinic.

They brought a sedentary cat (as it turned out, according to the conclusion from another clinic with meningitis infection), and without examining it, they offered to do an examination for 4000 rubles. , in case of refusal to undergo the examination, an oral verdict was made that the cat is old, his heart is already weak, his days have come, humble yourself, go home and dig a hole. As a result, the cat is alive after the injections given to him (about 700 rubles), thank God, he had enough strength not to resign himself, but to try to go to the veterinary clinic in Vasilkovo. People, if you contact and listen to everything that is told to you in the Balto clinic, then your pets will not live long.

Pure divorce for money. The cat needed help. Urine analysis was not done, the ultrasound machine is antediluvian, they either do not understand what it shows, or they deliberately make a deliberately false diagnosis. As a result, the cat was tortured with unnecessary procedures, and I lost a lot of money and a lot of time. They do not give a bill for services, they ask 200 rubles for an extract of the disease! They also forced me to buy, as it turned out, unnecessary veterinary feed, vitamins and drops. A week after the treatment, it became bad again. We went to another clinic, paid 10 times less! Ultrasound showed no initial diagnosis, another treatment was prescribed.
