The day before we were met by a lovely administrator (I did not have time to find out the name, thank you), assured that the doctor is experienced and attentive and will definitely try to solve our problem safely. Today, by a lucky chance, we managed to get an appointment with a pediatric dentist Kim Natalya Sergeevna. I am a mother of a child with autism and we already have a sad experience of dental problems, and even worse with solving them. Since the polyclinic refuses to treat and remove my child with developmental disabilities, they send him under general anesthesia (twice a week under general anesthesia due to an erroneously extracted tooth😔😡) .After two anesthesia in a row, we lose everything that we have achieved not easy and not Therefore, I was very worried - would they help us with the extraction of our tooth here, my worries were in vain - the fairy-doctor met us (gentle, neat and disposed) the atmosphere there was also appropriate (cartoon over the dental chair, etc.), doctor worked very gently, so as not to scare, not offend the child, trying after trying to find ways to help the child better together with me. My fears were in vain, we were in the office for no more than 30 minutes, the child did not shed a slime, hysteria in connection with an attempt on his personal space or actions against him and there was no hint. In the end of all, of course, the burden of experiences fell from my soul , I asked about a discount for disabled children, I was assured that they would do it, I still do not believe that in our time it is possible in private clinics, for which I am immensely grateful ❤. This proves that people there are my place with hands and soul, I'm a happy mom today. I wish prosperity and health to the whole team and from the bottom of my heart I thank everyone I had to meet there❣

I would very much like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Andromeda clinic for their attention, responsiveness and quality services. My story happened at a very inconvenient time, during the New Year holidays, when most people were happy about the new year. A tooth that had been completely treated for a long time and covered with a crown became very ill. In fact, only the roots that were cleaned many years ago remained from the tooth. But persistent pain made it clear that the situation is very complicated and an ordinary dentist who is easier to find on holidays will not help me. The fear of dental surgeries layered on the fear of the inability to find a specialist and on the fear of fatal pain until the end of these terribly endless holidays. I had to go over several clinics and find out the disappointing fact - the tooth needs to be removed, but there is no one to do it. To my happiness, my pleas for salvation were heard by the administrator of the Andromeda clinic, where I was received by the wonderful doctor Fomin Alexander Mikhailovich. He examined, examined the image and confirmed that the optimal solution to the problem is only possible by removing the problem tooth. These were very difficult 30 minutes of my life. But thanks to the professional work and emotional involvement of the doctor, I was able to go this way, despite the fact that even just sitting in the dental chair I was already scared. At this time, I, the doctor and assistant became a close-knit team and together we were able to solve this difficult task. Thank you for the quality services, for your attention, for not forgetting the troubles of people on holidays, but most importantly, thank you for your emotional participation, empathy and support. For many people, this is valuable along with quality services.
