An upper class late Soviet union seafood restaurant founded in 1992. + Rather reasonable prices + Good quality of service (help with dishes and wines selection, attentive waiters) + Good quality seafood cuisine, fresh ingredients (despite being in Moscow). Ingenious cooking. + Rich selection of wines + Bonuses and discounts (from 12 to 16 o'clock -20% on main menu, -10% with Novikov group card, etc) + Large aquariums with the species served (select one from aquarium not possible) - Somewhat strange mix of soviet and maritime interiors with ceramic tiles mixed with dark wood walls resembling ship cabin - Strange building planning with a long sleeve representing the entrance and tцo appendixes ending with 2 restaurant chambers. - Cramped space - Rather annoying waiters (removing dishes with ask, standing close enough while closing bill, etc) - Sometimes dish ordered differs with what was actually served (different sauce, set of ingredients, etc) Not sure if it affects the taste, but still. - Bill tricking (adding dishes that were not served, not-voicing price details on pricey dishes, deliberately excluding discounts, promotions, etc) - Card payment problems - Russian crime leaders and officials (is there any difference between these two groups?) supposedly like to visit this place. - I am unsure if they speak English
