We specially chose a country house / room where you can take a walk, relax and also take a steam bath (stayed for the weekend on June 6-8), and what you got - a terrible mood and a ruined birthday! Arriving, we saw a complete DISCONFORMITY OF PHOTOS, the expectation was completely different, well, just from the word AT ALL! This hotel has 4 stars, but I honestly don't know why. A soulful room, air conditioning; the view from the window to the interfloor dump, where cigarette butts and even condoms lie; a caked spot right in the center of the bedding, a terrible box-spring bed; hatches are open, no markings; the feeling that the manager is simply not there in this hotel. Coffee brings an hour! The room was illuminated only by a floor lamp and one bedside lamp. The wallpaper was not glued, on one of the walls it was just smeared with strips of glue and froze. When the "do not disturb" sign hangs, they knock anyway. The heated towel rail does not work, there are drops of dirt under the sink, a sharp shard of glass on the floor, semi-rusty faucets, yellow water in the bath, sharp sill. In a Suite room, a 4-star hotel - should be: two bottles of water, tea - this of course was not in the room. Cooler is nowhere to be found, nor is there a restaurant menu. In honor of the birthday - a 10% discount on the restaurant, there was no discount, the razvodilovo is full! Territory: The pond is dirty, around a dump and a swamp. View of new buildings. Expectation and reality grieved completely! From room 555, a drunk man walked through the rooms, asked the men to have a drink with him. In the lobby, a hatch was opened, a bottomless hatch with water, into which one of our friends accidentally screwed up, they caught her on time. The girl has a strong hematoma on her leg. The answer of the reception is - well, they forgot to close the hatch, litter. There were no tablets. Complete violation of norms and Rospotrebnadzor! The front desk forgets to cancel the order from the restaurant and is not connected with them at all! We were not warned about this, the food we received the next day of terrible quality! The food cost 2,700, really expensive! The story began with the fact that the restaurant works separately from the hotel ... The next day they warmed up the order, only the plates were warmed up, everything was windy, the salads were given water, fettuccine with not melted cheese, overcooked mushrooms and dry meat. The serving is poor, the serving is terrible. No spoon was given for the fettuccine! There were no napkin holders, toothpicks, salt and pepper in the room and in the order brought. Leshki in the order was not 60r? Where? Where is the cake lost? Oh yeah, the order that was reheated was carried again for 60 minutes! Hour! Yes, with a heavy workload of any restaurant, they do not carry so many dishes that just need to be shoved into the microwave and brought ... At the same time, no one admitted guilt, again that the lady from the reception forgot to cancel the order. Why is it my fault ?! And why should I pay for this at all ?? I don't know how the rooms are cleaned, everything is disinfected, and so on, because in fact we got a sea of ​​negative emotions, from which we are still throwing ourselves into sweat and fever, because it's terrible. I just wanted to run! With all his might and far away. Wouldn't recommend going to this hotel at all. What stunned us the most was on the 8th - at 8:40 in the morning they knocked on the door! When we woke up and opened it, they said we had the wrong number. And then we came home and saw a video where a flight attendant was killed in this hotel ... and apparently no one wants to work with dignity in this place.

They distinguished themselves in everything! Let's start with the fact that at the reception the girl announced that I could not leave a deposit on the card. Later it turned out that the rules of residence did not say anything about the deposit at all. Then I went to my room through old corridors with a disgusting smell, which I believe came from the fitness club, which is located on the 1st floor. But for a fitness club, a separate boiler is boiling in this hotel. In general, I reached the room. Not having time to close the door behind me, I immediately realized that it would not be possible to sleep with the windows without curtains. I am a person suffering from insomnia. As far as I know, according to the regulations, windows in hotel rooms should be covered with at least blinds. Here, I beg your pardon, daylight spills right in your face. And the view from the window ... I will not say anything. The stretch coating in the room has long been in need of replacement, just like the walls, on which it was as if someone had climbed. Two chairs (suede type) are definitely not processed by anything. I made this conclusion both by the external conclusion and by the smell. By the way, if you have a sensitive nose and want to feel 100,500 smells of dampness, then you are definitely here :))) The only thing that gave me great pleasure was the restaurant. The food is really delicious. And the staff is very friendly and attentive.
