The next refueling of Rosneft, where they work only on a prepaid basis, there is no way to fill it up to a full tank. If you pay with a card and did not refill, then the refund can be carried out up to 14 days, there is an option when the refund is canceled after departure and the money is gone, I have not come across this gas station, but keep in mind. Gasoline is 60 kopecks more expensive than Gazprom Neft, there is no store, no toilet. Such gas stations spoil the company's image.
