Stayed in the IZBA apartments nearby for 1 week and had breakfast here each morning. Excellent quality food and nice setting. Staff were brilliant and there was at least 1 English speaker each time.

Incredible. The pics are from last year but the service, quality and the food was just amazing. Quiet, nice, and excellent atmosphere. You wont regret passing by, even though it costs a little bit more than any other restaurant in moscow. Still, you will not regret it 😉

Very stylish place with the worst breakfast in Moscow. The Stories is 2 floors restaurant in the one of the most elite stalin-era soviet residential skyscrapers. The view on Yauza river is pretty remarkable, but the prices are pretty sorrow, understandably. Absolutely terrible coffee. The worst full english breakfast in Moscow. And the dish even not fully full: sugary beans, chicken (!!!) sausage, sliced tomato, some arugula and sunny side eggs. No potatoes, no bacon, no mushrooms. How even dare the cook called that dish English Breakfast?.. The Benedict eggs with salmon - poached eggs covered with disgusting pike-fish caviar and two stripes of greasy salmon. Syrnicki - traditional russian cottage-cheese fried panckakes absolutely tasteless and chewy. The place and food are very instagram friendly, but make sure you are ordering food to take pictures, not to eat.

Went to this place because it I stayed at the apartments of the same building and had good reviews. Food was good, there were two staffs that spoke english, the staffs that spoke english were polite and had good service. Others not so. I know they were very busy tonight, but at the end one staffs just threw the dessert plate onto the other end of the corner of my table on his way to serve others without saying a word and left. Like I was shocked, what was I suppose to do with this? Is this a sauce or something or should I move it myself to eat it or what? Some other staff saw it later as they came by and moved that plate into my vision (the serving place of the table). I see, so its the dessert and Im supposed to eat it. And the food is super slow. I ordered a seasonal set menu when I entered the place at 8:15 and left the place at 10:50. Would recommend to Russians or foreigners that speak russian. To others that do not speak russian, please choose another place.
