I really do not advise you to contact this organization. In short: We paid for the kitchen in January 2020, assembled without lower facades and countertops at the end of June 2020. On the upper facades, chips and defects in enamel. The equipment purchased for the installation costs already 9 months, is not used. Now on September 25, neither managers nor designers answer any phone numbers. We are non-conflict people, we do not swear. But there is no more strength. Take the cabinets, return the money (

Well, where to start, the office looks great, and that's what they were led to. Communication with the designer also did not cause fears from the beginning, but what next. In fact, after paying the second half of the amount for the kitchen, miracles began. At first, the kitchen was detained for much more than 55 days, as in the contract, the kitchen was brought to the mildly not in a complete set (then several times they brought something up, took it away, but still a lot of things were missing), the measurements did not correspond to the brought cabinets (they took something and did and either did not bring it at all, or other assemblers found some other inconsistencies), the collectors came THREE times and did nothing (the latter told us that it was impossible to assemble it), the installers always had the original drawings, despite the fact that changes were made. With all this, it is impossible to contact someone promptly, people do not pick up the phone, call back three times, feed with promises and do nothing. One gets the impression that time is dragging on. What we have now: 1. The kitchen is filled with useless boxes, which, apparently, no one will be able to assemble as the incomplete set wrote above. 2. All the explanations are: I'll find out, I'll call you back. The impression that the designer has nothing to do with the factory at all. Despite the fact that they do not seem to be rude, but the feeling remains as if they have poured mud, this is a real mockery. 3. I can’t say anything about quality, because it’s impossible to see it properly.

We have been working with the manufacturer for many years - perhaps the best price-quality ratio. We open turnkey restaurants and cafes - it is very convenient that designers work from concept development to implementation. Always excellent execution and individual attitude - they never give up and help with making changes. I recommend for those who open a business. Not cheap - but it's worth it - Moscow level.

Today we finally brought a chest of drawers, which was unfinished, not only that the delivery dates were negotiated, there was also a marriage on the chest of drawers, I’m putting photos, the glass doors didn’t fit at all, the backlight button was faulty, and I waited 3 months for this, and the conditions of this company money ahead, reviews previously apparently not objective, written by the employees themselves or by interested parties, now it is not known how long it will take to fix defects, if everything is done promptly I will definitely change the review, but In the meantime, this is just horror, the only positive thing is the assemblers, who can correctly explain and do everything.
