The operator did not really get through at all, I had to go to the office, where in the end they said that your analysis was for additional research, it could take up to 7 days. I do not recommend this laboratory. A disgusting attitude, they take money, but the deadline is not met in the end, they also assure that you are a fool once you decided to take just a test, and not an express test for 3000.

The analysis was submitted on 09/25/20 at 10:54 am, the deadline was three days. On the site, the time of publication of the result is 09/28/20 at 10:54, respectively. However, neither at 12 nor at 13 o'clock the result was obtained. Time is up, but the analysis is still listed as “in progress”. And this despite the fact that the result of the analysis made 2 minutes before mine was announced 2 days ago. Where does this difference come from? When trying to get through to the call center, it took 45 minutes to find out. The operator did not pick up the phone. However, when it was possible to get through, it was said to wait for the result until the end of the day of the due date, i.e. until 00:00 09/28/20, which is more than the promised three days. They can't count in this laboratory ?! Even if the initial result is positive and should undergo additional checks, you had to meet the originally announced deadline. In the end, we give money for our own deception and wasted time. I do not recommend the Helix laboratory service and will write negative reviews about them on other services in order to avoid such an attitude of your office to other people.

If you need to donate blood from a vein to a small child, it is best not to go here. Helix was assured by telephone that there were no problems, even if the veins were not visible. As a result, the vein was never found, the nurse poked with a needle and did not take a drop. The child is 1g2 months. After removing the needle, it was not treated with alcohol. They called twice, no one knows from the operators and can not answer a single question! Where will the tests be and when will they be ready. And tests are urgently needed to prescribe treatment for the child. What kind of attitude? What did we pay the money for?
