This Billa supermarket in Kazanskiy station (not the Billa in Moskovsky mall further down the road). is a bit difficult to find: easiest&fastest is to go through the metro entrance near Kazanskiy station (vokzal) and immediately turn left through security to enter the station and you will see the entrance of Billa at your right. Open till midnight. If you start from the (long distance) trains, follow the signs shown on the attached photos.

The store has been inhabited by rats and mice for many months, and no one cares about it - the location in the basement of the Kazan station. Shelves with particles of wool and excrement. Cheese, meat, sausages, minced meat are often sold for weeks - they are stupidly repackaged and given "fresh". You can hammer nails in with baking in the evening - it is wooden. The shelves are dusty, the staff is changing and there is a smell of poison against rodents if you come in the morning. I took ice cream and canned food for the action (I washed it with an antiseptic and washed it, and there are no other shops nearby) - the guarantee does not work for freshness now, but why is it given such realities. Bon Appetit. The director is not present or is hiding, the guest books too. ✓ Came in a month later - expired products are lower. There is NO guarantee of freshness and quality.

I used to go here every day after work to buy groceries, but recently the situation there has changed a lot, disgusting rudeness and disorder has become the hallmark of this store. In just this week, the cash register was closed in front of my nose twice, although my products were already on the tape. And on Tuesday, the guards there almost fought with each other, yelled at the whole store.

The staff are sometimes very rude. A couple of days ago we waited at the distribution for about 20 minutes, went up to other workers to call the distribution box. No result, they said just wait and come up.

Not all products are in stock. There are often long queues. I am glad only that this is a chain store almost in the metro
