I came for retirement on the appointed day, stood a queue of 30 minutes, received an answer, posters at the postmen, come after 18.00. I arrived at 9.00, defended the queue and advised me to come after 12.00 since there was no money at the cash desk. I am afraid that if I come in a week from the scheduled day, I will receive an answer that the pension was sent to the sender as if it was not claimed.

Sooo rarely is the queue. The staff is polite. But sending parcels is still not very comfortable
