I came here to send a parcel, and everything was good! The staff was helpful and somewhat polite. In fact, I managed to send the parcel in some 15 minutes. The inside is clean, there are special packaging desks, which helps a lot, but mind that this PO is cash only!

I could not get through! They just don't pick up the phone! I called for 30 minutes without interruption. I decided to call the quality line of the Russian Post. There they gave me information on my sending and solving the problem. When asked why the post office did not pick up the phone, the operator replied: in Moscow time, the postal workers are completely focused on the customers who come to the post office and, physically, I do not have time to answer phone calls. Of course I understand everything, but if I don't have the opportunity to come or I'm in another city and can only call ....? And why would they even need a phone? Just to make it? It's good that at least in the quality line, competent people answer questions. Otherwise, it's not at all clear how to be.
