At first I did not understand, like I'm in Moscow, in a decent area, but the Post looks like it was in the mid-90's. I understand that the employees are not to blame for this, money is allocated for this, although, judging by their appearance, they do not sing out for a long time. I wonder where they are advertising about Mail-Bank? I did not see such branches. And that for the answer that after eight computers will not work and we do not serve, that is, we do not work until the last client. If I said it at my job, I would not be there the next day. Client-oriented? What is it? There are no such concepts in this system.

Good mail, there is almost no queue, of course, if you do not go to the rush hour, when everyone has lunch and all are chopping mail for their Chinese trinkets, the staff are polite and always try to help, although the queue machine calls everyone not in turn, but in the beginning those who came to collect their parcels without payment, and then all the others, pass, I think this is not fair. I also take Japanese masks and shampoo from them, I like them, and they can be bought only at the post office. Overall I'm happy

I came to the Post Bank branch at 12:15, and there is a handwritten note - "Break until 13:10", although officially they have a break from 13 to 14 (and this information was only told to me in the call center, but on the website it is not). I call the Post Bank hotline and they tell me the same thing !!!!! That is, they have such an attitude at the management level!
