Traditionally I give this department a bad mark. It used to be the worst-performing post office in Moscow. Recently I went to send a letter - nothing has changed. Only one window works with mailings in the form of letters - with a very decent crowd of people. The average waiting time in the queue is at least 15 minutes.

Typical Russian post. Wait half an hour. The system freezes. When asked how long to wait - wait, wait.

You can repair rooms as much as you like, rearrange windows, make applications, electronic queues, and more. But as in that joke about the brothel before the revolution: it is necessary to change the “girls”. Sell ​​this venture to someone else! It is seen that does not take off for decades. One operator at all, Monday, the height of the working day. We receive the parcels (recently - all) and send it in one window. 40 minutes of unsuccessful waiting. It’s a pity to waste life.

Two minuses. 1. two offices for receiving a parcel one from the main entrance, the other on the side of the building. To understand where to pick up the parcel, you need to either distract employees who are very busy or defend the “maybe” line of this department. 2. A department for the sale of envelopes, sending letters and accepting payments has been working for a very long time. To send a letter first class in hand, you need to spend at least 30 minutes.
