We walk 3 months: I (38 years old) and my daughters (5 years and almost 4 years). I’m not ready to quit the sport in the sky pole, nor change it to anything else! It is interesting, unusual, varied, convenient. Everything that the girls from sky pole write about their studio - about a unique atmosphere, about the fact that you can start from any level of preparation - it’s true реально I really got up from the sofa and came to the studio 😆 before the children, of course I was engaged in various sports, usually fitness, and It was very boring to return to the usual fitness club again. And here I like to realize all my plans, postponed for later and forgotten childhood dreams! And it’s very convenient that with one subscription you can go to any classes at any time. A minor flaw is the locker room as a sports section from our childhood. But the quality of communication, training and a variety of activities I personally will not exchange for the locker room! 😁
