In general, everyone can find something to their liking)) The coaching staff is very friendly, I personally work with Christina Goncharova, we somehow immediately "agreed" as they say, she will tell you about nutrition and vitamins if necessary, and the workouts themselves alternate by muscle groups , in general I'm happy))

I came to badminton, pre-registered, but it was canceled due to weather conditions. Nobody warned. Didn't call. And I recorded it by phone. The weather was excellent, no rain fell during this hour.
