In September, I myself decided to clarify, to which I was told that your subscription was over, of course to say that I was outraged to say nothing. I asked to explain to me how they unfreeze my card without informing me in advance. After this question, I faced complete indifference from the sales department (Anastasia, Alexander). I wanted to contact the regional manager Olesya. (She never called me back) But apparently she did not want to solve my question either. At the time the card was issued, it was 1,000 rubles per bracelet. It so happened that I had 3 bracelets. One for the wife. And 2 for my contract, because I lost one and then found one. Came to the club to hand over the bracelets. The manager, Elena, said that they would return the money without any problems. The term of consideration is 30 days. After consideration, the manager will call. As a result. 1. Nobody called back, not after 30 not after 45 days. 2. When I called myself, it turned out that they would return only 1 bracelet, did you see one as a gift, and no one knows about the second one ... 3. When the bracelets were accepted, the manager did not give me any papers in receipt, although they themselves operate that they have iron clarity from the accounting department. 4. Both the accountant and the head of the sales department insist that everything is clear with them, that they could not take a deposit without documents with cash. However, this did not prevent them from taking the same cash deposit for a temporary bracelet for a long time. 5. For one bracelet, the money was never returned, with the formulation that it was a gift. Summing up: If the manager immediately guided that the return on two bracelets, then there are no questions. And when, 45 days later, they began to turn on the back one and wanted to return it first for one, then it suddenly turned out that there were 2 after all ... In general, it smells like a kind of house, which, although passed off as a strict order. All managers turned on the iron curtain and did not react to the angry client without trying to find options for resolving the conflict. Although the option was offered, to draw up an additional agreement and return the third bracelet, since under the contract it is the property of the client. The management of the club cannot be reached at all, the manager is blocking communication with them, maybe even here they will read and take action.

Denis (you see him as soon as you come to the hall, it is impossible to identify yourself) is just a magician! For half a year, I threw off 12 kg. Thank you very much.
